In our speed-driven world, our days are often fast paced. Gentle Yin offers an opportunity to slow down and come into balance. Through gentle 2-3 minute holds we will access the deeper levels of connective tissue and fascia to boost flexibility and provide pathways for energy flow.

This 1-hour class will leave you with a calm afterglow and heightened awareness.

Gentle Yin is accessible to all. Socks and long sleeves are recommended.
