This class is perfect for newcomers to yoga.

Our most beginner level class that teaches the foundations of ISHTA yoga. This class introduces a basic, well-rounded sequence of poses designed to strengthen the muscles that are weak and stretch those which tight. With an emphasis on breath 
and healthy alignment, this class is perfect for newcomers to yoga.
