According to Ayurveda when the doshas (the three different energies which govern all bodily functions) are out of balance, one\'s immunity level is decreased. Such imbalance leads to the display of abnormal symptoms in the body or disease. Utilizing the traditional art of pulse analysis and other conventional Ayurvedic methods, a thorough evaluation of your doshic constitution and your imbalances is performed (the imbalances are the root cause for any physical or emotional discomfort or disease). Once the type of imbalance is determined, we can bring the body back into balance by following a suitable Ayurvedic dosha specific diet, exercise, and occasional use of herbs and therapies.
