KATRINA REPKA
Katrina Repka has been studying yoga for fifteen years and teaching for eight. Her early training was in Ashtanga yoga, but she has been primarily influenced by ISHTA Yoga and Alan Finger, with whom she has worked closely since 2001.
Together Katrina and Alan have authored two books: Chakra Yoga: Balancing Energy for Physical, Spiritual, and Mental Well-being (Shambhala, 2005), and Breathing Space: Twelve Lessons for the Modern Woman (out in January, 2009).
Katrina currently lives in London, where she teaches privates and group classes. She has been featured in magazines such as Tatler and Vogue , and appeared on BBC Radio and TV.
