PANCHAKARMA

A complete custom tailored and comprehensive series of Ayurvedic treatments designed to detoxify, rejuvenate and restore the natural balance of the doshas. It includes marma therapy, herbal steam, herbal body wrap or exfoliation, nasal treatment, eye treatment, and shirodhara. The detoxifying treatments are tailored specifically to the condition of the client. Duration of the treatment is generally 2 1/2 to 3 hours per session; time will be determined by the Ayurvedic consultant. Usually it is advised to have this treatment for 3,5,7 or 14 days.
