SARAH EYDE

Sarah is certified in ISHTA Yoga (Yoga Alliance, 500-hour certification). She has a background in dance and studied ballet at the University of Iowa. Her classes are a balance between the physical and philosophical aspects of the practice with emphasis on alignment. She encourages her students to work hard with a light-hearted approach. Sarah works at the Late Show with David Letterman where she also teaches the staff yoga. She’s on the faculty of STEPS on Broadway, and teaches at the Baryshnikov Arts Center as well as Yoga Works.
