In-Training Module: Minimum 190 hours of advanced lecture, practice and asana lab (meets Tuesdays 6-9PM, Fridays 6-9:30PM, Saturdays, 12-7PM, Sundays, 11-7PM; not all training weekends meet on all four days)
Spring 2009 In-Training Module meets on March 1, 15, 17, 27-29, 31; April 14, 24-26, 28; May 8-10, 12, 26; June 2, 5, 12-14, 16,26-28 30; July 10-12, 14, 24-26, 28; August 4, 7-9
Apprenticeship Module: Minimum 80 hours of class assisting, mentorship and advanced techniques and mentored practice teaching (meets as arranged)
Personal Study Module: Minimum 30 hours of reading, homework, study, practice and research (all trainees must complete a Research Project on a topic of their choosing)

Requirements
- Successful completion of a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified training
- Completion of Ishta Yoga Bridge Program (30 hours) if 200-hour certification is from outside the ISHTA tradition
