Amy Coombs E-RYT 500 has been teaching at ISHTA since 2009. Her classes provide smart sequencing, and sensible alignment cues along with opportunities for all individuals to find a practice that best serves current needs. Challenging breath based flow is mixed with time to slow down and absorb. Meditation and Pranayama techniques are offered. Students often marvel how each class remains unique and different and new learning opportunities are provided even to those who have been practicing with Amy for many years. The focus is on strength and grounding and classes are suitable for practitioners of all ages (18-80+!). Amy also teaches to these diverse populations at New York University and YogaWorks.
