How do you rediscover your best self in your body – and how can you do this daily? In the Yoga Sutras, the mind is described as having a reflective nature – like a lake or a mirror. This means that whatever the mind is pointing towards – will reflect in the quality of our living – how relaxed we feel – how clearly we can see things- and how we understand our experiences.
In our busy worlds today, finding an easy access point to shift our awareness can be a challenge – but once we find a way – this has a profound and lasting effect on every aspect of our lives.
ISHTA Yoga practice offers a way into experiencing ourselves and our lives with simple, actionable tools that activates a shift in our perspective – at all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. This 2.5 hour workshop will include a 2 hour yoga practice with Breathwork, Yin, Heat-building Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga, and a deep discussion of how to bring these elements into your life in an embodied way.
