For me, it is the conscious combining of gravity and breath. In this workshop, we will explore several aspects of this phenomenon. First, we will discuss the general way the body responds to situations it finds itself in. Then we will examine the actual physical mechanisms that adjust as needed to maintain balance in these situations. Finally, we will identify positions that will be easy for you to get into, but that, with mild effort, the passive pull of gravity, and gentle breathing, can affect your body and your entire sense of self in the most profound and positive way.
