ISHTA Yoga is the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda as well as the sanskrit term for an ´individualized´ or ´personalized practice´. Founded by Kavi Yogi Master Alan Finger and his father Mani, the ISHTA system incorporates ancient Ayurvedic principles, Tantric techniques and various aspects of hatha yoga. ISHTA yoga is not a style of yoga, rather a lineage of yoga where all styles are welcome.
