This Workshop is designed to balance VATA dosha. According to Ayurveda we are made up of three doshas that make up our being. When our VATA dosha is out of balance, it is hard to focus and anxiety will rule our mind. As someone who has battled with anxiety and fear, Aino will share her tools; on and off the mat. What better time to drop into the pauses between the breaths than on Thanksgiving. You will leave with simple, yet powerful tools in your back pocket and a peace of mind. When we are connected to our soul and feel centered we can enjoy every moment to the fullest. Join me, for a sweaty, yet calm and steady practice before you join your family in the holiday feast!
Workshop includes a short conversation where Aino will share some tools to pacify a VATA imbalance, continued by a luxurious practice to cultivate peace and harmony.

Bio: Aino grew up in Finland and moved to New York in 1999 to pursue a dance career. She included yoga as a complement to her dance training, felt a connection immediately, and has been a devoted practitioner ever since. Aino’s desire is to help you connect with the teacher within, to live your yoga every day and every moment. She is known as a passionate, creative and kind teacher and she is particularly loved for her healing hands-on adjustments. Aino is a Teacher Trainer and Mentor in the ISHTA Yoga Teacher Training in NYC and Finland, and she hosts Yoga Retreats around the world 2-3 times a year. She is also a Raindrop Technique practitioner and trainer as well as a Reiki Master.
