A virtual, one day immersion with ISHTA Founder Alan Finger and ISHTA Yogiraj’s Sarah Finger, Mona Anand, Peter Ferko and Wendy Newton.
ISHTA stands for the integrated science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. In this one day immersion we will explore each of these pillars of ISHTA yoga. The day will include a classic ISHTA Diksha meditation, an invigorating seven segments asana practice, a gentle asana practice to broaden your perspective and a pranayama and yoga nidra practice to end the day. Discussions sprinkled throughout the day will include the ISHTA approach to meditation, asana, ayurveda, and tantra.
