The training, facilitated by Exhale to Inhale Program Director Tara Tonini, includes 17 hours of lecture/experiential learning, a training manual, on-line community for sharing & networking, and access to videos / audio for continuing education.
This 20 Hour training is for teachers, teacher trainees, and students interested in delving deeper into restorative yoga.
