This 20 Hour training is for teachers, teacher trainees, and students interested in delving deeper into restorative yoga. Participants will learn how to teach restorative yoga, develop their own home practice and get the opportunity during the training to give and receive a private while getting support from both Mona and Gina.
This workshop is a mini version of Mona's twenty hour Yoga Nidra certification. It is designed for teachers and students interested in delving deeper into this profound practice. You will learn how to design and teach basic Yoga Nidra practices for yourself or your students. It can also be used as a prerequisite for my Yoga Nidra and The Chakras Training.
This training, designed for teachers and students, delves deeper into yoga nidra. Yoga nidra can be used for many purposes, which include deep relaxation, to release what lies in the sub conscious and unconscious and to experience an expanded state of consciousness.
This training explores asana from the yinside, by studying the subtle connection between body and mind from a more individualized perspective. Practicing Yin yoga with a more individual approach on yin yoga, means we search for tension and when found, we apply the appropriate tools for that individual to release the tension in the fascia, so mobility, circulation and muscular connection activates again.
This training will introduce new postures and sequencing. We will examine the effects that the season has on us from both a western scientific eye as well as an Ayurvedic perspective and appropriate applications of restorative yoga.
This training will help teachers move into Private Yoga with confidence, and inspire meaningful change by creating sessions that meet the deepest needs of their students on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Gain a basic understanding of the nine steps of Yoga Nidra developed by Mona Anand and Alan Finger. This is an opportunity for students and teachers that have not been part of ISHTA's Advanced Teacher Trainings to develop an understanding of Yoga Nidra and the science behind it.
