Kirtan is an ancient yoga practice that uses musical chanting to alter a yogi’s energy. The repeated use of the chanted mantra reinforced by the energy of a group is a powerful tool for bringing an immediate sense of transformation and well-being. Psych Rock Kirtan is a contemporary exploration of this ancient practice, co-developed over many years by ISHTA Yogiraj Peter Ferko together with critically-acclaimed musician and yogini Idgy Dean.
