Sankalpa is a seed of intention that resonates with your highest self. As we approach the New Year, we are guided to reflect on what we want to manifest. We often make resolutions to "fix" something about ourselves that we don't like, rather than creating space for our soul's true purpose to be revealed. It is only when we go deep into the layers of the unconscious that we can we allow our authentic intention to manifest. Then, through conscious awareness, we can embed it into our being.

These knots hold the mother-nature force (Shakti) in the body as a means to help us navigate through this plane of existence, but can also tighten due to belief patterns and life experiences. The granthis are located at the base of the spine, the center of the chest, and at the midbrain region.
