In this workshop, Sarah will lead you through an asana practice integrating the kriya techniques used to open the passage to the unconscious, which governs us. Alan will lead you through a series of ancient Tantric techniques to form your sankalpa and plant it into the unconscious realm so that you can know your own truth and manifest it into your living.
This 20 Hour training is for teachers, teacher trainees, and students interested in delving deeper into restorative yoga. Participants will learn how to teach restorative yoga and develop their own home practice. Participants will experience a class taught by Gina and a class taught by Mona and will also get the opportunity during the training to give and receive a private and get feedback from both of them.

The truth is we are all in a relationship with ourselves first and foremost and during this workshop we will reaffirm this deep connection between you and your soul. We will satisfy our own need for love by anchoring into a Heart Chakra balancing practice; including mantra, yantra, kriya, asana and pranayama.

In Volume Two- Body Poetry we explore the maps and models of the Nadis, Chakras, Koshas and Vayus and take a closer look at the poetry of our breath, brain and heart. Each chapter also concludes with a meditation to help us reconnect to the embodied experience of our own physical and energetic anatomies.
This training explores asana from the yinside, by studying the subtle connection between body and mind from a more individualized perspective. Practicing Yin yoga with a more individual approach on yin yoga, means we search for tension and when found, we apply the appropriate tools for that individual to release the tension in the fascia, so mobility, circulation and muscular connection activates again.
This workshop is for those who have participated in our ISHTA YinYoga Level 1 (or Yin Immersion) with Ulrica, or for those who already teach Yin Yoga and hold a certificate from another school.
In this workshop, Ulrica will immerse you in varied healing and insightful ways that you can teach Yinyoga and also how you can step into a more individualized based teaching style of Yinyoga - in order to make a more specialized practice.

Join us for an evening with a Guru of North Indian classical music - Pandit Sanjoy Bannerjee - to discuss the connections between yoga, pranayama and this music that has never been written down and is always improvised. We will screen the film Raga Revelry which explores the spiritual basis of this music and the reverence and revelry that are the heart of Indian culture.
