In this workshop, Sarah will lead you through an asana practice integrating the kriya techniques used to open the passage to the unconscious, which governs us. Join us for the Exhale to Inhale trauma-informed yoga teacher training! Are you interested in learning more about the effect of trauma on the mind & body? As a yoga teacher, have you had a students’ trauma triggered during one of your classes? Get the resources and tools you need to act appropriately when this happens.
The training, facilitated by Exhale to Inhale Program Director Tara Tonini, includes 17 hours of lecture/experiential learning, a training manual, on-line community for sharing & networking, and access to videos / audio for continuing education.

In this Kirtan, ISHTA Yogiraj Peter Ferko is joined by critically-acclaimed musician and yogini Idgy Dean for a unique, modern take on this traditional practice. Employing the instruments and style of 60s psychedelic surf rock and folk music, this kirtan will include a set of chants performed call and response, each one directed at a specific energy, to bring balance, insight, and wisdom into our lives.
