Marma Therapy

Marma Therapy

Alan Finger

Marma points are energetic centers that act as “little brains” that feed the organs, nerves and cells of your body with the intelligence they need to function efficiently. Stress, whether physical, emotional/mental or environmental in origin, can cause marmas to become strangled in the soft tissues of the body. ISHTA Marma Therapy frees the strangled marmas, releasing blocked energy, cleansing away stress and returning the individual to homeostasis. Learn to heal yourself using this profound technique, developed by Yogiraj Alan Finger, South African Tantric and Kriya Yoga Master.

The Art and Science of Working with Private Clients- Virtual Training

Cassandra Ferland

Private sessions are the ultimate way to tailor yoga to the individual. They can be rewarding on many levels for both teacher and student, and are a great way to sustain a living as a yoga teacher. But there are SO many factors to juggle with private clients, like finding your first few clients, smart business practices, or keeping your students consistent. While a vigorous teacher training will prepare us to lead group classes, due to time constraints there is a large learning curve that teachers must navigate themselves as they grow their privates practice. This comprehensive training is meant to fill that gap, so that teachers can move forward with confidence, and inspire meaningful change by creating sessions that meet the deepest needs of their students on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
