Kristin Leal

Specialty Trainer · Senior Teacher Kristin Leal met yogi master Yogiraj Alan Finger in 2006 and has created content for the ISHTA Yoga 200 and 300-Hour Teacher Training and co-created the ISHTA Marma Point Teacher Training. In 2013, Kristin created MetaAnatomy, a series of workshops, classes and trainings that explore the dynamic beauty and poetry of who you are. Her hope is by combining the physical and energetic anatomies we help to form a richer view, experience and ultimately a celebration of our differences and an honoring of our connectedness. Kara Sekuler

Specialty Trainer · Senior Teacher Kara grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a child, she danced with opera companies and performed in musical theater. She moved to NYC after finishing high school to pursue a career in ballet. In 1995, Kara was inspired by Alan Finger, co-founder of YogaWorks, Yoga Zone and Be Yoga, to discover a new path as a yoga teacher. Kara has also studied extensively with Kevin Gardiner (Iyengar Institute), Leslie Kaminoff (Advanced Anatomy at the Breathing Project) and Glenn Black. Ann Mosca

Trainer · Senior Teacher Ann Mosca is a senior instructor who has been teaching yoga for 13 years and practicing for almost 18. Her classes combine a vinyasa flow, stretching, and core strength building, with particular attention to alignment and its benefits. Ann’s dance background in both classical and modern techniques, along with aspects of her interest in gardening, reading, and Eastern and Western philosophies, also make their way into her classes. Gina Menza

Specialty Trainer · Senior Teacher After over twenty-five years practicing and teaching yoga, Gina has learned the importance of balancing the active side of one’s yoga practice and the quiet solitude of a restorative yoga sequence. She has learned to balance the frenetic and exquisitely fun energy of raising three kids in New York City with the refueling and relaxing rest necessary to survive. In addition to ISHTA, Gina has taught in innumerable places; from classrooms in Los Angeles California, sidewalks in Times Square New York City, studios in Stockholm Sweden, Skype screens in Helsinki, London studios to beachside in Goa, southern India. Kelly Eudailey

Senior Trainer · Senior Teacher Kelly Eudailey began studying yoga more than a decade ago in Richmond, Virginia, as a complement to her dance training. After moving to New York in 2001, Kelly had the good fortune to practice at Be Yoga under the guidance of Beverley Murphy, Alan Finger, and Jean Koerner. She completed her 500-Hour teacher training in the ISHTA Yoga lineage, and has also studied extensively with Leslie Kaminoff at the Breathing Project. Melissa Brasier

Senior Trainer · Senior Teacher Melissa is a 500-Hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher. She began her teacher training in 2000 under the guidance of Jean Koerner and Alan Finger at Be Yoga in NYC. Melissa has a BFA in modern dance from Marymount Manhattan College and comes from a strong performing arts background.
