Irina Kruzhilina

Irina Kruzhilina is originally from Moscow, Russia, and became interested in movement and balance from her earliest experiences with gymnastics and ballet. Irina studied yoga and completed her 500-Hour certification at ISHTA in 2010. Irina blends asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques into a well-rounded, safe, and dynamic practice, to which she brings a passion for health, beauty, and creativity. Her classes are focused strongly on correct alignment, providing individual solutions for students at all levels through the use of props, hands-on adjustments, and suggested modifications. Aside from being a committed yoga teacher, Irina is a well-known designer of costumes for theatre and film as well as fashion. Blending the best of both worlds, Irina has designed a yogi clothing line based on the different Ayurvedic types of human bodies and nature.
