The Art of Touch Module (Hands-on), 300 Hour Training

May 18, 2022 - May 22, 2022

Want to deepen your knowledge on hands on adjustments?

Touch is a powerful yet highly individualized experience. At ISHTA, we remain committed to the art of touch as something that is both choice-based, breath-based, alignment-based, and catered to the individual’s needs.

The Art of Touch module (one of three* in our 300 Hour Modular Training), starts in May – count these hours towards your 500 hour certification! This module has a focus hands on adjustments. From an energetic perspective, our hands are the transmitters of Shakti, the mother-nature force that governs us. They also relate to the heart and throat chakras, so how we touch relates to both how we feel and how we communicate. In this 10 day immersion (in two parts) we will review the art of touch and how teachers can help facilitate the experience of yoga through hands on adjustments. Learn how to use the principles of ISHTA yoga to individualize spots and enhance the free flow of breath and life force energy. Both basic and deepening spots will be covered.

If you desire to become an ISHTA 500-hour trained teacher, or simply want to continue your education as a 200-hour trained teacher, but have been unable to make the long term commitment, this program is perfect for you. Deepen your practice and enhance your knowledge by learning directly from the source.
