In this workshop, Sarah will create a safe space for you to start to look at that narrative of “not good enough” and apply a new paradigm using Tantric tools and techniques. Learn to welcome the present moment as it is, experiencing images, sensations, thoughts, and emotions not as barriers to pure consciousness, but as pathways to enhancing it. This elevating practice will leave you intrinsically tuned in to your true self.
