How do we find balance between pursuing our goals and staying in the flow? Between cultivating an intention and getting bogged down in the details that can trip us up?
How do we deal with old patterns that seem to re-emerge again and again in this process?
The Yoga Sutras has some interesting wisdom on the subject that is as relevant today as when it was written. The Sanskrit terms Abhyasa and Vairagya come from the Yoga Sutras and give us a kind of a recipe for how to combine doing with allowing to bring ease into our living.
In this workshop we will use embodied practices to open up our creative juices and reflective listening exercises to unpack our stories of how effort and ease dance through our lives.
Come away with a renewed sense of clarity as we move into the inherent hopefulness of spring.
