Meditation is the gateway to stilling the mind and connecting to the true self. Studies have shown that having a daily meditation practice can help lower blood pressure, increase digestion, decrease stress and anxiety, and increase job performance. In this workshop, Yogiraj Sarah Finger will share with you some of the foundational meditation techniques that are offered in the ISHTA 200-hour program. These techniques are specifically catered to steady the mind and balance the nervous system and can be used on a daily basis. Open to all levels, including beginners.
