Bio: Donna Filios is a 500 hour certified ISHTA teacher, who has additional certifications in Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. She is thankful to be part of the ISHTA family and for all it has given to her and so many others. Her classes are known to bring about deep relaxation, inspiration, and an awareness of alignment that comes from within. She brings her innate joy of movement, her love of everything poetic, as well as a keen kinesthetic sense, and deep reverence for the profound power of the breath to her classes. She invites her students to explore the breath as an instrument towards self-awareness, as a tool to flow more gracefully through the practice and through life, as well as a passageway to serenity, surrender, and spaciousness. And then, settling in to this spaciousness her hope is always that her students shall connect with the infinite possibilities and vast potentiality that lie within them.
Bio: Hattie Chamberlain is a 500hr qualified Ishta teacher who believes that musical vibrations act as a strong medium of non-verbal communication and connection. Her background as a singer and musician has inspired her to bring the joy and delight of music to her students by teaching with a carefully chosen musical backdrop, and always rounding off her classes by singing to her students in savasana. Hattie believes that music allows people to feel things that they may not be able to express or describe, and that music can act as a vehicle for deep healing on a subtle, non-verbal level. She aims to provide a safe and nurturing space for her students to explore themselves safely and authentically, and enjoys seeing how music can transform and inspire people along their yogic journey.
