For millennia, yogis have used meditation to bring balance and a sense of purpose to provide wisdom and insight in their lives. In our modern, fast paced, and highly stressful society, the health benefits of meditation continue to be invaluable and to be scientifically documented in research projects and case studies. Meditation can be used for many purposes, from those health benefits to purification of consciousness that helps us understand who we are. In this upcoming training, Yoga Masters Alan Finger, Peter Ferko, and Sarah Finger will share unique and profound tantric and kriya techniques to purify the physical, subtle, and emotional bodies. Through breath work, visualization, and mantra, we will explore how to remove the physical toxins and energetic imbalances that create disharmony and keep us from knowing who we really are.
This live streamed training is geared towards both those who have already taken the ISHTA Meditation Training and those who are new to it. A 5-hour foundational primer will be offered on the first day to orient first-time participants.

Kavi Yogiraj Alan Finger, a master of Tantra and Kriya meditation, together with two of his senior teachers, Yogiraj’s Sarah Finger and Peter Ferko, have created a profound, yet accessible, program for all levels of student.
