ISHTA TT Lecture Series

Introducing the ISHTA TT Lecture Series! Starting this month, ISHTA Foundational Lectures (part of our 200-Hour Teacher Training curriculum) will be available to our community on a first come, first serve basis. Lectures include What is ISHTA?, ISHTA Tantra, ISHTA Kriya Yoga, Introduction to Ayurveda, ISHTA Meditation, Health Benefits of Meditation, and Energetic Importance of the Breath. Lecture series starts Friday, Sept 8. Full series $320, or book individually at $50 per lecture.
