Pranayama is the fourth stage of Patanjali’s 8-Limbed approach to yoga, the full ladder being: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi. In this workshop we will discuss pranayama as a tool that not only works with the physical body, but is the bridge to a world of yoga that is more subtle, more inward, and more intuitive.
