Peace & Gratitude – A Thanksgiving Workshop with Aino Siren

November 22, 2018 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Peace and Gratitude are the highest vibrations and during this workshop, you will mindfully anchor and rest in authentic gratitude.

This Workshop is designed to balance VATA dosha. According to Ayurveda we are made up of three doshas that make up our being. When our VATA dosha is out of balance, it is hard to focus and anxiety will rule our mind. As someone who has battled with anxiety and fear, Aino will share her tools; on and off the mat. What better time to drop into the pauses between the breaths than on Thanksgiving. You will leave with simple, yet powerful tools in your back pocket and a peace of mind. When we are connected to our soul and feel centered we can enjoy every moment to the fullest. Join me, for a sweaty, yet calm and steady practice before you join your family in the holiday feast!

Workshop includes a short conversation where Aino will share some tools to pacify a VATA imbalance, continued by a luxurious practice to cultivate peace and harmony.

$35 in advance / $45 day of
