As the cooler days of late summer make us long for leisurely days and the anticipation of busier autumn schedules create unnecessary anxiety, it is wise to sit in the space that remains slow and steady. Finding the stillness needed to soak up enough energy to carry us through the change of seasons is imperative. In this workshop, Gina will briefly talk about the incorporation of essential oils to support oneself while shifting gears. Through discovery with pranayama (breath), visualizations with light and gentle essential oils, we find the best version of ourselves in which to “lean in” with confidence.
This two-hour journey of gentle movement, restorative yoga and stillness will help you appreciate the last weeks of summer and charge you up for weathering the change of shorter days with more to do. Essential oils will enhance the room and participants will take home a sample of a signature blend Gina has made just for this workshop! This workshop is open to all levels.
