Sankalpa for the New Year with Alan, Sarah, and Mona (Online or On Demand)

January 7

This is an Online Live Streamed event with an On Demand option.

The new year represents new beginnings. It is an auspicious time to set new intentions and let go of habits that are no longer serving us.
The Sankalpa practice is a Tantric based ritual that empowers and aligns us with our soul’s highest purpose. The word Sankalpa comes from two words in sanskrit: San, which means that which resonates with spirit, and Kalpa, which is a vow. The magic of the Sankalpa practice is that is enables us to reveal and embed our intention into the deepest realms of our unconscious. Once we have the word, or affirmation that vibrates with our soul’s calling, we can then begin the practice of manifesting it into our living.
In this powerful workshop, Alan, Mona, and Sarah will provide tools to help us all meet our soul’s purpose at this moment in time. Using asana, kriya, yoga nidra, mantra, and mudra, we will go deep into the layers of the unconscious to allow our authentic intention to manifest. Then, through conscious awareness, we can embed it into our being. The afternoon will provide you with the tools you need to achieve your new year’s intention in all aspects of your life: personal, professional, emotional, and spiritual.
Saturday, January 7, 10 – 1 pm. Online Only.
Early Bird: $60, Regular Rate: $75. On Demand option available. Special pricing for ISHTA Acharya (300 Hour Teacher Training Graduates) and ISHTA Members.
