Sankalpa is a seed of intention that resonates with your highest self. As we approach the New Year, we are guided to reflect on what we want to manifest. We often make resolutions to “fix” something about ourselves that we don’t like, rather than creating space for our soul’s true purpose to be revealed. It is only when we go deep into the layers of the unconscious that we can we allow our authentic intention to manifest. Then, through conscious awareness, we can embed it into our being.
In this workshop, Sarah will lead you through an asana practice to release the hips and hamstrings, where we store our unconscious. She will integrate a kriya, or visualization technique, to help us to tap into the realm of infinite possibilities. Mona will then guide you through a series of replenishing restorative postures to calm and quiet the nervous system. She will lead you through a powerful yoga nidra to release patterning in the subconscious and unconscious. The practice will close with profound Tantric techniques led by Alan, including mantra, mudra, and chakra balancing, to form your sankalpa and plant it into the cells of your being.
The session will leave you with the clarity, ease, and balance you need to begin your New Year with peace and prosperity. The afternoon will provide you with the tools to achieve your New Year’s resolutions in all aspects of your life: personal, professional, emotional, and spiritual.
