Although the world continues to shift and transform, ISHTA remains committed to providing a space for personal growth. Using Tantric tools and techniques, ISHTA empowers each individual to find a practice that resonates with their own unique needs. Through that personal practice, or ISHTA Devata, they are able to become liberated to live their own life’s purpose with grace and ease.
Join Alan, Sarah, and Mona for an evening devoted to experiencing and celebrating the ISHTA path. The session will begin with an inspiring talk led by Alan, an elevating asana practice with Sarah, followed by a profound Yoga Nidra with Mona. The session will close with Alan leading a powerful Tantric meditation including Shakti Pat for enhanced energy transmission.
The evening will end with a gathering for those who attend, our ISHTA Acharya Members, and Monthly Members with light refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there!
