A three hour, live streamed workshop with Alan Finger, Sarah Finger, and Mona Anand.
Sankalpa is a seed of intention that resonates with your highest self. As we transition into this new normal, we are all learning how to navigate through uncertainty and be at peace with the things we cannot control. This has always been the cornerstone of yogic teachings, and we are all now experiencing the power of both taking action and learning how to surrender firsthand. The pause of the last several months has allowed us to reassess what matters both individually and collectively. In this powerful workshop, Alan, Mona, and Sarah will provide tools to help us all meet our soul’s purpose at this moment in time. It is only when we go deep into the layers of the unconscious that we can we allow our authentic intention to manifest. Then, through conscious awareness, we can embed it into our being.
In this workshop, Sarah will lead you through an asana practice to release the hips and hamstrings, where we store our unconscious. She will integrate a kriya, or visualization technique, to help us to tap into the realm of infinite possibilities. Mona will then guide you through a series of replenishing restorative postures to calm and quiet the nervous system. She will lead you through a transformative yoga nidra practice to both release unconscious patterns and to use guided visualizations to begin the process of manifestation. The journey will culminate with profound Tantric techniques led by Alan, including mantra, mudra, and chakra balancing, to form your sankalpa and plant it into the cells of your being.
The session will leave you with the space and stillness you need to transition through this time with clarity and peace. You will leave with the tools needed to help you manifest your intention in all aspects of your life: personal, professional, emotional, and spiritual.
