Dear ISHTA Community,
We are privileged to be able to continue offering our healing and life-changing practice online. For our ISHTA Members and class package holders, you can access all the live streams once you register yourself for the class via Mindbody Online. We will also have a digital drop in class option, so anyone can join us and take class.
To access our live streams
- Please register via Mindbody Online as you would a regular class – at least one hour before the start time of the class. You can use your ISHTA Membership, ISHTA class packages, or sign up for a ISHTA Live Stream Drop In.
- Please set up an account with Zoom. You can set up you personalized account here. It would be best to create a user name similar to your name, so we can sync with the class roster. Once your account is set up, you are set. Zoom can be accessed via your web browser, and also downloaded to your device for enhanced viewing.
- An hour prior to every class you are signed up for, you will receive a link to your live stream. Please join the live stream 5 minutes before the start time of the class.
- Enjoy classes with ISHTA teachers from the safety and comfort of your home.
We are also taking our privates program digital, where we can pair you up with an ISHTA teacher for a private, live streamed session. We will provide more information on this online option as well.
We want to keep our beautiful community together and able to support each other as we move through these unsettling times. For the time being, we look forward to seeing you all online, from the comfort and safety of our homes. It’s times like these that our practice is more important than ever, and we are happy to be able to continue to share ISHTA and the practice with you all in the digital world.
