Writers Meditation Workshop: From the Heart, to the Mouth, to the Page
If you are a writer and have a writer’s block, if you always wanted to write but never got around it, if you like to journal, or if you are curious and want to see what you can write from your heart, come to this workshop! We will begin with asana, to open up the energetic lines and tap into the Anahata Chakra (Heart Center) and the Vishudda Chakra (Communication and Creativity Center). Through guided meditations and writing games, we will open the channels to let the chatter of the mind subside and write from our hearts.
