If you are a writer and have a writers block, if you always wanted to write but never got around it, if you like to journal, or if you are curious and want to see what you can write from your heart, come to this workshop! We will begin with asana, to tap into the Anahata Chakra (Heart Center) then do some writing, followed by a meditation to open the Vishuda Chakra (Communication and creativity center), then more writing and we end up with a Yoga Nidra to release unconscious blocks, and more writing! Through guided meditations, visualizations and writing games, we will open the channels to let the chatter of the mind subside and write from our hearts.
