Meditation helps us to see things as they really are, without the distortion of our mind and the mental chatter it creates. Because our senses get distracted by the external world, we get trapped into identifying with those forms as our reality.

When it comes to injuries that we meet on the yoga mat, there can be a wide range and variety. There are acute injur-ies, and chronic, or long- term issues, that can be on going. Injury can also happen from overusing + overloading a joint or a muscle over time. In this course, we will discuss common injuries, and share advice around how to manage them. Injury management and rehabilitation should always be individualized, as the variations and backgrounds of injuries, as well as the conditions of the individual, are many.
