ISHTA is located at 816 Broadway, between 11th and 12th streets, near Union Square. Look for the sandwich board that says “ISHTA Yoga” outside on Broadway and the buzzer near the door marked “ISHTA Yoga” for entry.

  • Monday 7:45 AM–2 PM, 5:45–8:30 PM

  • Tuesday 7:15 AM–2 PM, 4:30–8:30 PM

  • Wednesday 7:30 AM–3 PM, 4:30–8:30 PM

  • Thursday 7:15 AM–3PM, 5:45–7:30 PM

  • Friday 9 AM–2 PM, 4:30–7:30 PM

  • Saturday 8:15 AM–1 2:30PM, 4:45–6:15 PM

  • Sunday 8:30 AM–1 2:30PM, 4:45–7:15 PM
