Ulrica Norberg

Ulrica is a best-selling author with over a dozen books under her belt, many of which have been translated into other languages. She is also a frequently sought-after inspirational speaker and a renowned yoga and meditation teacher.

In 2015, Ulrica was initiated into the honorable title of Yogiraj by Kavi Yogi Alan Finger for her mastery of the yogic methods and long, thorny journey to achieving inner harmony within herself.

After over twenty years of training yoga teachers in Sweden and abroad, she brought her experience and courses together under one roof that she calls YOGA FOR LIFE –  a yoga school that offers courses, events, workshops and retreats for the uninitiated and for the more committed.

Ulrica has made exploration and knowledge a profession and has dedicated many years of her life to study, travel and exploration. She is a bridge builder between research areas and people and moves freely between the different worlds of science and spirituality, training and health, art, creativity and philosophy. For Ulrica, it is about presence and trained curiosity, to constantly be in contact with development and movement as much as to stop and feel what is, works and what is not in flow with life. According to her, it is equally interesting that through great challenges and setbacks in life, she has managed to turn resistance into strength.

Ulrica is an academic (M.A. from Stockholm University), journalist and writer with a specialty in film, media and humanities and has studied drama and dramaturgy, health, exercise, philosophy, anatomy, yoga, breathing, meditation and Ayurveda.
