Recorded Classes

  • Thirteen of our live-streamed classes on the schedule each week are recorded for our members.

  • Those members with online privileges (please see our pricing page for more information) have access to 72 hour on-demand viewing of those classes.

  • If a member signs up for one of our recorded classes but does not attend the class live, they will receive a link to a recording of the class, available for 72 hours on demand.
