Flow, Stretch & Release with Marma Points
The practice will begin with a gentle flow to open up the body, followed by deep stretches accompanied by marma techniques to release energetic blocks. In Ayurveda, it's believed that certain universal elements have a significant impact on our health, and marma points are the specific locations in our bodies through which the energy of these elements flow. Not only will the practice help you to release tension in those places, but guidance will be offered on finding these points yourself. Marma is unique in its ability to clear stagnation of all types of stress by encouraging the free flow of prana.
