  • Flow, Stretch + Release with Marma Points

This practice begins with a gentle flow to open your body and ease into movement. It’s followed by deep stretches paired with marma techniques to release energetic blocks. Marma points, key energy centers in Ayurveda, allow prana to flow freely, promoting relief from all types of stress. You’ll also learn how to locate these points yourself, adding tools for healing and balance to your practice.

  • Stretch + Restore with Aromatherapy

This practice combines stretching and restorative yoga postures to help release deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body. A combination of props are used in poses, allowing the nervous system to relax and the cells to regenerate. Aromatherapy is introduced to further ease tension and facilitate deeper layers of surrender and healing.

  • Ayurveda Flow

Ayurveda, meaning “science of life,” focuses on balancing your inner and outer worlds through the five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. This class adapts to the seasons, offering a grounding flow for fall’s airy Vata, warming poses for winter’s earthy Kapha, and cooling sequences for summer’s fiery Pitta. Find harmony with nature in this unique practice.
