Pricing
We ask that all clients pre-book & pay in advance for any classes for which they register. If it is your first time joining us in the studio, please allow for extra time upon arrival to complete our waiver prior to class (if you have not already submitted one online). One mat and all props are provided, or you may bring your own. If you need more than one mat for extra cushioning, there will be a charge for the second mat. ISHTA members may continue storing their personal mats with us at the studio for a discounted monthly rate.

Drop-in & Intro Specials

For first timers! We have three intro specials to choose from. New students may take advantage of one of the following specials:
IN STUDIO TRIAL WEEK $32: (for local residents only, please!) - a week of unlimited in-studio classes for the price of a single drop-in. You will have seven inclusive days from the date of your first visit to take advantage of this special.
3 CLASS PACK $49: Good for one month from date of first visit. May be used for in-studio or online classes. Package is non-sharing.
First Timers’ online unlimited month $75: one month of unlimited online classes. Does not include on-demand recordings or in-studio classes. One month begins on date of first visit.

IN STUDIO DROP-IN $32: Valid for in-studio classes at 816 Broadway.
IN STUDIO DROP IN Before 9AM $20: discounted drop-in rate valid for any in-studio class before 9AM only.
ONLINE ZOOM $20: This drop-in is valid for livestream classes.
COMMUNITY CLASS DROP-IN $15: Valid only for an in-studio class on our schedule designated AYURVEDA FLOW COMMUNITY. Taught by recent grads of our 300 Hour Training as part of our teaching apprenticeship program.

Senior + Student Membership

We have discounted GOLD and SILVER membership rates for seniors (65+). This is for monthly auto-renewing memberships only and comes with a three month commitment. 30 days’ notice in writing to ISHTA management needed in order to cancel after the initial three month commitment.

We have discounted ALL ACCESS and IN STUDIO only memberships available for students with a valid student ID (with expiration date).
There is no minimum commitment, but these memberships last FOUR auto-renewing months only (roughly the length of a school semester) and then must be renewed with a valid ID; 30 days’ notice in writing to ISHTA management is needed in order to cancel.
