Celine Guillaume
Celine has been practicing and studying yoga for 30 years. She sees it as a natural extension of her work as a dancer.
For her, the practice is a place to connect with oneself, to take time to feel, root, center, open, and reflect with curiosity and kindness.
It is also how to get in touch with the breath to anchor in the present moment to find harmony, vitality, and a sense of belonging.
In her classes, Celine seeks precision in alignment, grounding, and fluidity to bring back the joy of being embodied, feeling alive, and connected to ourselves.
She is passionate about helping students to find their own path in their practice, explore their own rhythm with confidence, open themself to the intelligence of their body while finding renewal through breath and letting go.
Trained in Iyengar, Kundalini, Vinyasa, yin yoga, yoga Nidra, and meditation as well as Tai chi and Qi Gong, she weaves a story of body and energy through her practice, enriched by intimate experiences on the path of self-exploration.
