Stephen Mark
Stephen first found yoga as an extension of his training as an actor, and was empowered by the practice to observe, shape, and balance his inner life. As someone who struggles with anxiety, Stephen was amazed to learn he that he could manage those feelings by opening and smoothing the breath. In his classes, he encourages students to witness how balancing the strength and flexibility of their physical bodies brings clarity to their minds. Stephen studied ISHTA Yoga Nidra with Mona Anand and loves to incorporate Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation into his classes to counter balance the frenetic nature of modern urban life.
