In her teaching of Yoga, Tracy is focused on inclusivity. Regardless of experience, shape, age, level of fitness, perceived flexibility or lack thereof she will make the practice yours. Practicing with her, you can expect an open flow practice with adjustments for varying experience levels. She approaches her classes holistically, and includes opportunities for physical practice, breath work, meditation and joy. Tracy works hard to continue her studies, integrate complementary elements and deliver classes that instill a sense of curiosity about our bodies, minds and spirits.
Tracy earned her initial 200 hour certification at The Giving Room in Southold New York where she also served as a mentor for subsequent teacher training. Tracy holds a 500 hour certification from ISHTA Yoga and has additional certifications in Yoga Nidra and ISHTA Meditation practices. She approaches every class, as a teacher or a student, as an opportunity to learn something new and looks forward to continuing her Yoga education daily.
When not teaching yoga Tracy enjoys cooking, crafting, reading, writing and nature.
