Calling on Your Practice Now: a Hamptons retreat with Mona, Peter, and Wendy


In the midst of external instability, turn inward toward your Self and turn jointly toward community. Spend four days near the ocean in Southampton, NY to participate in group practice, contemplation, and discussion of what the moment is asking of you — now and going forward. 

Guided by the wisdom of three ISHTA Yogirajs who have been working together for more than 20 years, you will refresh and redirect your yoga toward helping tap into your intuition through body, breath, and intention.

Practice in a covered area outside, swim, luxuriate in the hot tub, sit by the fire, enjoy a sunset meal on the pristine Southampton beach, bask in the sea breezes and warm yourself in the early summer sun. Practices will include asana, meditation, yoga nidra, restorative, discussion, and contemplation.

In the warm environment of a Hamptons home, a short walk to the water, and a short car ride from your hotel and the offerings of Southampton and Hampton Bays, we will take a breath to restore ourselves and sharpen the tools we have available for feeling secure, purposeful and empowered.

Dates: Tuesday afternoon May 27 — Friday afternoon, May 30

All pricing includes morning and evening yoga sessions, daily satsangs, 3 brunches, 2 dinners. All transportation and optional dinner at a nearby restaurant on Wednesday not included.

Pricing (4 days / 3 nights):

Retreat with double occupancy at the Hamlet Inn: $1545 Early Bird through May 6, $1695 after

Retreat with single occupancy at the Hamlet Inn: $1895 early bird through May 6, $2045 after.

Retreat only (no accommodations): $1175 Early bird through May 6; $1325 after

Suggested accommodations:

  • Hamlet Inn: A simple, cozy inn half a mile from the house and walking distance from the bay. Beach passes available.

  • Southampton Inn (book independently): A boutique hotel the heart of Southampton village and approximately a ten-minute drive to the house, with shuttles to Cooper’s beach, consistently ranked among the most pristine beaches in America, and walking distance to Southampton shops and restaurants.

Transportation and optional dinner at a nearby restaurant on Wednesday not included.

Please reach out to retreats2025@ishtayoga.com as soon as possible to secure your spot! A deposit of $350 is due upon registration.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations before April 27 are refundable less the deposit. Cancellations between April 27 and May 12 will receive a 50% refund. Due to the small nature of this retreat, we are unable to accept cancellations after May 12, but you are welcome to find a replacement for your spot if you are unable to attend.

12:30 pm - 4:30 pm Free time, relax by the pool, hot tub, head to the beach, contemplative time

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm Evening yoga session 

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Free time

7:30 pm - 9 pm Optional dinner out

Thursday

9 am-11 am Morning yoga

11 am-12:30 pm Brunch 

12:30 pm - 4 pm Free time, relax by the pool, head to the beach, contemplative time

4 pm-6 pm Evening yoga session 

6:30 pm - 8pm Sunset meditation and dinner at the beach 

Friday

9:30 am-12 pm, Morning yoga
