Join Alan and Sarah Finger for this rare invitation to dive into the Heart of the ISHTA Lineage
Join Yoga Masters Alan and Sarah Finger at their serene home in Boca Raton, Florida, for a four-day transformational ISHTA Laya Yoga retreat. This rare and intimate experience is designed for sincere seekers ready to go beyond the surface of practice—into the deepest, most powerful teachings within the ISHTA lineage. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Laya Yoga and the subtle science of Kriya, this retreat offers direct transmission of techniques that are traditionally reserved for committed students and only shared in a retreat setting due to their potency.
ISHTA Laya Yoga is the yoga of meditative absorption—practices designed to dissolve the mind into stillness and unify the practitioner with the field of pure consciousness. Known for their potency, these techniques are among the most effective for reaching deep states of samadhi. Through the systemized Laya Yoga practices that Alan has refined over decades, you’ll be guided to dissolve into the quantum field of consciousness and return renewed, rebalanced, and deeply attuned. These are not everyday practices—they are powerful energetic "tune-ups" designed to clear blocked pathways and elevate your inner state, all under the guidance of a master who has walked the path and knows how to safely guide you through it.
With space limited to just 15 participants, this retreat offers a rare chance for personal attention, energetic attunement, and direct access to teachings that cannot be shared in a regular weekly class. Alan and Sarah teach from a space of deep love, lineage, and lived experience—welcoming you into their home for this retreat, just as Alan experienced in his home growing up in South Africa. It is a return to the original way these teachings were passed down: intimate, personal, from “Guru to Shisha”.
Each day will begin with a morning asana and meditation practice, followed by nourishing Ayurvedic meals, lectures, and informal conversations by the pool. There will be time to absorb, rest, and integrate what you receive. Whether you are looking to deepen your spiritual practice, clear inner energetic stagnation, or reconnect with your highest Self, this retreat is a sacred doorway. Step through it—and discover the infinite within.
