Restorative / Yoga Nidra Workshop for Vata Condition with Mona Anand

This workshop is designed to help ground and center and release anxiety and restlessness.

The workshop will begin with gentle asana and pranayama to help release excess vata from your body and mind. You will then move into a series of deeply healing and relaxing restorative poses. In-studio, Mona will use grounding essential oils and gentle hands on adjustments to calm the nervous system and induce a deep state of relaxation. The practice will end with a long yoga nidra designed to help you surrender into stillness and bring clarity into your fall
