Yoga & Creative Writing Workshop with Puy Navarro
If you’re a writer feeling stuck in a creative block…
If you’ve always wanted to write but never found the time…
If you love to journal or are simply curious to discover what your heart has to say…
This workshop is for you!
We will begin with a gentle asana practice to open the energetic pathways and awaken two powerful centers:
Anahata Chakra – the Heart Center, the home of compassion and authentic expression.
Vishuddha Chakra – the Throat Chakra, the seat of communication and creativity.
Through movement, breath, guided meditations, and playful writing exercises, we will quiet the busy mind and invite words to flow effortlessly from the heart. This workshop is not about perfection—it's about presence, honesty, and creative awakening.
Why Yoga + Writing?
Yoga and writing together create a powerful pathway to creativity and self-expression. Some of the gentle benefits you’ll explore include:
Focus and Concentration.
Creativity & Inspiration: Calming the inner chatter and connecting to the breath
Mental Clarity: To let creativity flow.
Emotional Release: As we release tension from the body.
