Yoga and Writing Workshop: From the Heart to the Mouth to the Page

If you are a writer and have a writer’s block, if you always wanted to write but never got around it, if you like to journal, or if you are curious and want to see what you can write from your heart, come to this workshop! Painters and visual artists also WELCOME!

We will begin with asana, to open up the energetic lines and tap into the Anahata Chakra (Heart Center) followed by some writing, then we’ll meditate to open the Vishuddha Chakra (Communication and Creativity Center) and ww’ll write some more, and we’ll end up with a Yoga Nidra to release block from the unconscious and the subconscious. We will open the channels to let the chatter of the mind subside so we can write from our hearts.
